In this role I head up Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC) in the UK and Continental Europe; I am responsible for the strategy, development and growth of Consulting in the UK and Continental Europe, working hand in hand with CBC globally and the rest of Cognizant locally. I am also part of the CBC global executive that's has driven market leading growth and excellence.

In this role I was responsible for consulting strategy, growth, collaboration with the wider TCS and team building across the UK and Continental Europe. I was also part of the Global Consulting leadership team. In this role I not only achieved 120% year on year growth, I also embedded consulting capability into several large scale end to end service wins for TCS.

Greater Los Angeles Area

In this role I was responsible for leading the largest core banking transformation program in North America. This involved creating the business case, taking the team on a "voyage of discovery" to understand the art of the possible, evaluating all the available core banking packages on the market, creating a delivery team from within the bank, and managing the Change and key stakeholders.

I had various roles at PA Consulting Group. I was the first ever direct entry Consulting Partner into PA and led various practices and was country head in Europe for some years. I moved to Los Angles where I fundamentally grew the IT team and results, whilst also being a member of the US Leadership team. I was also Global head of Media and Entertainment.
