-Supply Chain Coordination: Upstream and downstream supply chain goes through my desk. I prepare quotes and sales sheets for customers, pick, pack and ship sales and samples and track the inventory. I create purchase orders, RFPs, and review quotes to procure materials. I deal with all logistics coordination with our vendors, customers and 3PL. I perform all seller functions involved in executing a Letter of Credit. -Marketing: Create and modify existing marketing material in Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator.-Bookkeeping: I manage the books for the company including but not limited to: Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliations. In addition to this, I prepare quarterly reports for senior management such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cashflow Projections.-Administrative Tasks: When I started at this company, I found out that there was not an admin person. I quickly cleaned up the backlog and set up procedures for dealing with administrative tasks.-Sales: Initiate and pursue sales leads.

-Preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, and annual budgets.-Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and external stakeholders to facilitate financial activities. -Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses and make appropriate recommendations. -Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment opportunities.-Prepare legal documents for the sale of units in the complex.-Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for budget administration, cash flow management and capital upgrades.-Analyze financial details of past, present and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.

-Train and supervise labourers working on municipal waterline infrastructure-Perform water line flushing as per pre-designed specifications-Modify pre-designed specifications as needed-Perform hydrant inspections

-Troubleshoot, locate and repair leaks.-Supervise and train labourers to repair leaks.-Repair, and replace broken appurtenances such as sprinkler heads and valves. -Program the timing of the sprinklers and adjust for seasonality.-Maintain an inventory of spare parts and order new parts within a strict operating budget

-Prepare, review and distribute utility bills-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management-Reconcile sub-ledgers and balance accounts-Handle aggressive/ angry customers in a tactful manner-Accept payments and explain the process for taxes, utilities and other miscellaneous items

-Pre-check water distribution system shutdowns-Meet with the City of Edmonton to decide on traffic plans for underground maintenance-Order barricades-Liaison with Alberta First Call-Notify customers of service interruptions

-Repair water main breaks-Repair/ replace fire hydrants-Repair/ replace broken/ damaged water services-Replace broken/ obsolete water meters-Inspect fire hydrants for deficiencies
