I have been helping employers to establish and manage their workers' compensation (WC) programs for over 35 years. I have expertise in all areas of WC, such as safety and loss control, return-to-work programs, claims management, understanding the rating formula, etc. I have been a speaker at many conferences over the years helping employers by providing them tips on how to handle the claims in such a way to lower their premiums.I have a passion to continue to help employers in this area of my expertise. I have found that if employers truly understand how WC rates and premiums are determined, then they will know what to do to lower their costs. Of course, I am there for them every step of the way to guide them.
