I recently founded Dynamic Staffing Solutions, a permanent placement agency, to bring personalized matching directly to candidates and clients.Prior to founding Dynamic Staffing Solutions, I built a division of another agency from startup to national success, where my brand of relationship-driven recruiting was recognized with Clearly Rated's Best of Staffing Client Side for 3 consecutive years (‘21, ‘22, ‘23) as well as their Best of Staffing Talent Side for 2 consecutive years (‘22, ‘23).
