I am a Director at Scyne Advisory specialising in Portfolio, Program and Project Management across Government and Sport sectors. I work with Government Leaders and C-Suite Executives to make sure their most complex programs are set up for success, supporting them to deliver their most critical business transformations with increased confidence. As an experienced management consultant and industry leader I have spent the last decade working in leadership roles across the UK, Middle East and Australia. This included my role as Head of Program Controls for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, with responsibilities spanning Program Management, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Workforce, Legal and IT Services for the largest event to be held in Australia this decade.Prior to moving to Australia with my wife and four children, my management consulting experience was gained across Deloitte and Moorhouse in London where I worked with clients including British Telecom, Tesco and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. I then moved to the UAE as Head of Portfolio Management for Al Tayer Group, the largest luxury retailer in the Middle East, where I had responsibility for the delivery portfolio of c.100 projects being managed across the Retail, Motors and Corporate functions.
