As an executive member of MedScribe's management team, my primary responsibilities have been to utilize my 30+ years of industry experience to identify and create opportunities to expand MedScribe's customer base. While at MedScribe, I have developed successful business strategies that support transcription integration into the Electronic Health Record as well as developed proven ROI strategies for acute care clients utilizing the latest advancements in back-end speech recognition. Additional responsibilities include implementation project management, employee recruitment and retention, employee onboarding strategy, on-site project startup support, and workflow consulting to clients based on observations made on the client's site. In 2020, I took over all remote employee recruiting activities. I was able to re-purpose Med-Scribe's Salesforce CSR Platform to create a powerful recruiting database that was cross-adopted by Med-Scribe's Human Resources department to ensure a successful recruitment level with a focus on reducing onboarding time from 7 days to 2 days and increasing employee retention.

Responsibilities include the development and management of a national sales pipeline in excess of 25 million. In addition, I have worked as a member of the executive team to develop and support a corporate re-branding strategy as a result of a four company merger that includes a new value added sales proposition for both service as well as SaaS-based integrated solutions in the categories of transcription and clinical content extraction of discrete data, document imaging with electronic content managment, and ICD-10 remote coding. My duties further require the selection, scheduling, executuion and coordination for acute-care based national and regional trade shows to support organic growth sales quotas. Other duties include the management of sales channel opportunities using Sales Force, collateral creation for direct sales channel support, as well as responsibility for coordination of RFP responses to ensure timeliness and response accuracy and completeness.

Directed the national sales efforts for one of the largest medical transcription services in the U.S. Managed client relationships using both a domestic and global workforce designed to maximize client efficiencies while delivering client-focused purchase outcome objectives.

As one of three regional presidents for CyMed, Inc., I was responsible for all regional business activities of the 3rd largest medical transcription service in the US. In 2006, the southeast region was selected as the region of the year by CyMed.

Pro-Scribe, Inc. was a national provider of medical documentation solutions located in Chattanooga, TN. In 2004, Pro-Scribe, Inc., was acquisitioned by CyMed, Inc., forming one of the largest domestic employers of medical transcription services in the US.
