My team is an elite team, providing a niche service, performing more work than all of our competitors combined. My responsibilities include: - Developing, implementing, and enforcing budgets, across the entire program. - Training, mentoring, and maintaining proficiency of the program staff. - Being the spearhead of continuous improvement, producing more product with fewer resources. - Ensuring contractual compliance. - Representing the company, as an ambassador, ensuring trust and effective communications with our customers. - Instilling a culture of integrity, promoting integrity, and demanding integrity. - Ensuring proper staffing levels and competency levels.
