Over my career, I’ve led a large a diverse set of startup, software, and social projects; one key to success has been my ability to blend EQ, IQ and strategic thinking to drive thought leadership and deliver success.I am an accomplished senior leader with extensive software industry experience, building and leading international teams, leading startups and mature businesses both inside and outside Microsoft and developing several internationally patented innovations. Over the last few years, I have been combining my experience and passion for giving back by shifting my focus toward making a global social impact, including building Microsoft’s Community Development program that supports 50+ global communities.
