- Regional Program Manager for Infrastructure Reset Program- USMC West Region- Information Sharing/Knowledge Management assessment of facility condition, management techniques, and governance processes in order to decrease installation sustainability costs.- Provide subject matter expertise as a facilities functional manager to develop a single strategic message to share with the stakeholders. Contributed to the development of Program Management Sub-Plans for Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Governance, Portfolio Integrated Master Schedule, and Program Governance documents. - Determined Base Facilities Investment decisions on lowest life cycle cost. Contributed to the organization of space utilization teams in order to assess facility requirements and as-is utilization of existing facilities. - Conducted Facilities Planning in alignment with Enterprise and Regional guidance incorporating Basic Facilities Requirement for standard operational units. - Developed an integrated and prioritized facilities recapitalization plan aligned with installation master plans across Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) investments. - Consulted on balancing the Military Construction investment between critical infrastructure gap and required recapitalization. Proposed calculations for life-cycle cost to be included in comparison of projects for facility investment decisions. - Provide expertise on position papers, meeting minutes, led meetings, and facilitated conference calls with West Region Installations for IR related issues.

During this time I was a full time Engineering student and member of the NROTC Unit at Old Dominion University.

At Afloat Planning Systems Pacific (APSPAC) Hawaii I deployed aboard the USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN 74) and oversaw Carrier Strike Group THREE and 7th Fleet Tomahawk exercises

At Tactical Training Group Pacific (TACTRAGRUPAC) served as Sea Launched Attack Missile (SLAMEX) divisions fleet exercise assessor and Leading Petty Officer, overseeing all SLAMEX, Land Attack Weapon (LAWEX), Joint Fleet Synthetic Tactical (FST-J) and Combined Underway Training (COMTUEX) exercises.

At USS LAKE CHAMPLAIN (CG-57) I was assigned as the Strike Division Leading Petty Officer. I deployed twice with the USS LAKE CHAMPLAIN to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and separately in support of RIMPAC 2004.
