This included employee education, driving network and security transformation to natively support cloud, decommissioning individual software solutions, and ultimately shifting on-premises employee workload to cloud.c) Return to Work Lead: Led strategic and tactical technology delivery of initiatives supporting employee hybrid work, and return to office from Covid-19 restrictions. This included rolling out video conferencing to every employee across the company, educating our team members on leveraging technology for hybrid work, delivery of a desk booking system to manage seating in all eligible national buildings, modernization of over 700 video conferencing facilities, and installation of thousands of monitors/equipment to support return to work.d) Coach: My mentorship influenced positive career development and promotions for multiple peers and colleagues. Focus areas included front door, onboarding/transition process, maturity assessment, metrics baselines, team organization. • Developed and delivered Test Service Virtualization program (2014-2017) across multiple applications in Bell IT. Implementation led noted reduction of testing constraints, allowed earlier defect detection, and reduced overall cost. • Built and managed the DevOps Infra and Support program (2010-2017). Led strategy and implementation to align Aliant/Bell support, manage offshore connectivity, enable 99.98% availability of tools/environments, and successfully support tier 1/tier 2 incidents for over 3000 corporate and offshore users.• Sr. Project Mgr for offshore transition of testing activities (2009).• Test Portfolio Lead (multiple Bell Canada systems) (2006-2009).
