The focus of the experience is in mission critical facilities.Project manager and electrical design engineer at 8 of 19 data center locations for a major colocation data center company.Consolidated existing electrical distribution by relocating the existing critical loads to facilitate the removal of (2) legacy UPS systems.Replaced an existing UPS and installed a new UPS system to reconfigure an existing electrical system to upgrade it to an N+1 concurrently maintainable distribution system.Wrote methods of procedure (MOP), accounting for all sequences of construction to maintain working data center; provided detailed instructions to contractors.Led the electrical design of two tenant installations at a 20MW data center for a colocation data center company. Designed a new 1000kW tenant fit out with (2) 500kVA/500kW 2N redundant UPS Systems, supporting electrical distribution, and standby generator power. Designed a new 1000kW tenant fit out with (1) 800kVA/800kW N+1 redundant UPS System and (1) 225kVA/225kW N+1 redundant UPS System for high density and low density electrical distribution.

Completed numerous high-profile projects involving design of electrical, mechanical, and control systems for commercial buildings. Conducted evaluations for LEED credentialing, energy analysis, and commissioning systems.O’Hare International Airport: Handled field inspections of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems in Terminal I.
