Team manager of 5 staff responsible for the on-going maintenance and service of all live clients on Mercer’s web platform, OneView. I recruited the team and defined their roles whilst also responsible for designing and implementing all off the initial maintenance processes

One of the original Mercer OneView team of 2 people which was set up to define and test the UK software requirements as part of a global project with UK, US and Canadian development teams.

First line systems support to all pensions administration staff within Chichester. I progressed to installing new pensions schemes, maintaining in house software access and writing and testing in-house procedures and training guides for software functionalities. I also developed and published monthly an AST web newsletter to increase engagement levels with the team, across the business.

Management of own accounts portfolio of clients. Included liaising internally and with financial industry 3rd parties for the accounts information and externally with auditors and clients to deliver accounts annually.

Working in a private accounts practice, starting as a junior at the age of 16 progressing to a partner’s assistant at the time of leaving. Work included bookkeeping, auditing and preparation of full accounts from supplied sources.
