Preparing intraday reports on staff attendance.⁃ Reconciling attendance daily with employee timesheets against schedule and time in/time out reporting, ⁃ Managing changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage ⁃ Communicating with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards Ensuring hours are accurately accumulated and categorized in a format compatible with company and department payroll procedures. Analyzing PTO submissions and approve/deny based on their effect on operations Monitoring attendance and schedule adherence,Processing schedule trade requests for posted schedulesProcessing management requests for modifications of scheduling events (meetings/training, etc.) Sending three times a day a KPI update with results.
