Conducted water usage study; developed usage map; and determined main water consuming processes.• I contributed to an 80% reduction in outsourced spending; I slashed department operating cost 60%; and increased delivery 81.7%; led project to incorporate CNC machines, auto tool changers, and multi-gang fixtures.• We reversed a 36% silver weight loss and gained an additional 20% increase by reducing silver recovery systems by 75% and improved spill containment for silver recovery process. • Reduced annual natural gas spend 13% by eliminating an inefficient furnace with maintenance and repair issues.
