Leaving the airline industry in 2007 gave me the opportunity to further my training in transportation disaster family assistance. In 2011, two incredible organizations invited me into their operations. It was created by Foundation President and Co-Founder Carolyn V. Coarsey, Ph.D. and refined through decades of research and successful use in countless real-world scenarios.
