I relocated to the UK in June 2010 after fifteen years living and working in France. During this time, I have reached native level in French - both verbal and written - with a good knowledge of French culture.I have varied experience in customer services-related positions with good interpersonal and communication skills. I have always enjoyed interacting with customers whether that be face-to-face or by telephone; this human contact has always been a key element in my personal and professional fulfilment.With a series of short-term contracts in the last couple of years - some ending as either a direct or indirect impact of Covid-19 - I am looking to recover some stability within my professional life. The positives I have gained are a variety of different roles in a relatively short space of time with an onus on inbound sales which I want to use for the benefits of my future employer.I am available immediately for the right role; by this I mean a role that is right for me too as the aforementioned stability is crucial. It isn't all centred on getting an amazing remuneration as my demands in that area aren't so important.I will be starting a University degree in September so it is important also that I can arrange my professional life around my studies and so, in an ideal world would be looking at six months of full-time work before my course commences.
