My team is responsible for Tesla's vehicle controller architecture. We are involved at the beginning of any new vehicle product, determining where to put compute, sensors, communication, power distribution etc. We work with all teams to optimize the vehicle architecture design to solve complex integrated problems. Zee.Aero (This product is now known as Wisk)We built the first fly-by-wire eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) airplane. I managed a team of hardware/software engineers developing/integrating/testing safety critical avionics. Our team built the first fly-by-wire airplane for General Aviation. We designed the entire controller architecture in-house Embedded C on ARM platforms.

Embedded software developer and lead. At Rockwell (through the acquisition of Athena Technologies), I led the software development (C) of a certified engine control unit (ECU) for the Rotax 912iS. I worked with an external DER and led a software team of 7 engineers through full DO-178B certification.

Athena Technologies was a developer and manufacturer of control and navigation solutions for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). In April 2008, Athena was purchased by Rockwell Collins.
