Complete feasibility studies on behalf of the clientCoordinate with design team on plan reviews to carry and execute in the field. Generate a construction schedule (highlighting critical paths) that will be sent out with all sub-contracts, as well as, a two-week outlook once the project begins. Meet with city officials to discuss project/site expectations and inspections processes. Work with structural, civil, and mechanical engineers on verifying shop drawings to execute in the field. Perform weekly or bi-weekly jobsite visits with client, to ensure progress and address any hot items with the superintendent or sub-contractors. Follow through all purchase orders and change orders in a timely manner, to send out to the necessary parties. Manage a thorough outline of the construction budget for each project. Facilitate turnover with client, once the punch-walk items have been executed. Close out the project with all subcontractors and vendors per their contract or purchase order. In some cases, work with landlord management team on tenant improvements scopes per client lease.
