As a fourth generation entrepreneur that has successfully exited a company, Michael is the CEO of WinFactor. For over 28 years, WinFactor has been the software backbone of Transportation Factors. Optimization and problem solving are central to everything he does. Michael is both an Entrepreneur and Mechanical Engineer that believes “the key to solving a problem is breaking it up into smaller pieces, solving the small items then putting it all back together again”. He is also the Founder of Imparo - CEO Group. Imparo means “Always Learning” which is at the heart of the organization. This CEO group brings various executives from multiple industries together in a think-tank to collaborate, knowledge share, and provide a forum for self improvement. Michael believes in giving back to the community and serves as Board Member of Historic Ritz Theatre, Boy Scouts of America - volunteer parent of an Eagle Scout and Special Olympics - Equestrian and Swim coach.
