My final active duty assignment was Director for Leader Development, G3, U.S. Forces Command (FORSCOM), where I lead the change in our physical fitness and health of the force initiatives with Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) and Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) for the operational Army. I enjoy associating with high performing individuals who are collectively working to optimize human and organizational performance.
