Responsible for managing the M&A activity with respect to market scans, pipeline activity and leadership in the execution of acquisitions to support corporate growth and profitability. Mike joined AssuredPartners as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2012 and has assisted in the closing of nearly 400 acquisitions. During his tenure, he has been an integral part of helping lead the AssuredPartners' acquisition team including creating the internal due diligence process, managing the acquisition team, negotiating deal terms with prospective sellers and working closely with legal counsel in the negotiation of the purchase documents.
