During my time with Phunware, Inc. I was charged with leading new business development efforts and the sales team for the Phunware Audience Building suite of solutions. My key responsibility was to develop, organize, lead, and close new revenue generating opportunities and sales.Phunware is the pioneer of Multiscreen as a Service (MaaS), the first fully integrated customer engagement platform that enables brands to engage, manage and monetize their anytime anywhere users worldwide - a complete mobile application life-cycle management platform.

During my time at Quicken Loans, I was responsible for originating and closing new mortgages. I had direct experience working with VA loans, FHA loans, Conventional loans, High Balance Conforming loans, and Jumbo loans for both refinance and purchase transactions. I was the fastest member of my hire class to be promoted to Senior Mortgage Banker. I was licensed in 18 different states as well as licensed by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). During my 2.5 years of banking I originated and closed over $70M in mortgage loans while consistently managing and maintaining an active pipeline of loans in process of over $9M. Quicken Loans Inc., headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, is the largest online mortgage lender and the largest retail lender in the entire US. The company consists of the QuickenLoans.com online lending site, the Rock Financial brand in southeast Michigan, One Reverse Mortgage, based in San Diego, California, Title Source, a mortgage settlement service provider, and Quicken Loans Mortgage Services, a wholesaler, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2013, Quicken Loans processed $80 billion in residential mortgage loans.

Sales and Marketing internship assisting the team to sell into new businesses for mobile applications, mobile daily deal programs and video. I was able to grow the subscription base through various marketing channels. I helped with the development of our mobile product line and the acquisition of a mobile network. I also assisted with product related analysis of cost allocation, variance analysis, and SKU scheduling.

Participated in conference calls with potential investors and management from potential investment opportunities. I worked extensively in a team that performed market research, built investor presentations, and analyzed company financial statements. I was on the phone, calling prospective clients each and every day for future fund raising and possible private placements.
