The primary function of my position is to lead our management team to constantly improve, never settle, and to always focus on proactive solutions. I look forward to every challenge ahead because of the opportunity the challenge creates. From 2017 to 2019 I was the Safety and Compliance Director for Phoenix Crane Service. As S&C Director, I was responsible for all aspects of operational and policy compliance. (DOT/OSHA/MSHA/etc...) I developed training initiatives and overhauled numerous impactful programs. Safety in the Crane, Rigging, and Heavy Haul industries is paramount to a successful operation. Under my direction, Phoenix Crane Rental grew our Training and Safety Programs to new levels. We have more Qualified and Certified Directors/Managers/Trainers and employees than ever before. We work tirelessly to proactively direct our training programs to stay ahead of industry challenges. Through education, training, and a commitment to Safety, our goal is to expand our operations and achieve a Zero Incident rate while providing the excellent service experience our customers deserve. One of my favorite quotes, "I never wanted to just play the game. I want to change the way the game is played." Success is best achieved through outside the box thinking and never settling.
