Current• Spearheaded the development and deployment of the CliftonStrengths for Leaders program, resulting in a 400% increase in participation and an 83% Net Promoter Score after the first year and 92% NPS so far in year two and deployment to the entire management team• Designed and successfully piloted Leadership Cohort for 10 VPs, SVPs, and EVPs, with a 100% NPS and currently managing the rollout of the program to the entire organization• After DEI SVP left the organization, tasked with developing and managing an inclusive leadership program for all leaders (in progress)• Created and delivered manager and team trainings on team member engagement, creating strengths-based teams, and effective feedback and recognition, among others• Provide individual and team coaching to more than 80 Managers, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, and the CFO and dozens of teams to enhance psychological safety, improve employee engagement, develop individual and team strengths, and boost overall effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives• Facilitate 2-4 virtual and in-person classes per month for more than 500 leaders and managers with a 95% excellence rating• Facilitate organization-wide and department-specific roundtables on pressing DEI issues to enhance inclusion and psychological safety
