· Completed 12 CIP projects with the value of approx. $2.3M.· Work independently to plan and direct multiple simultaneous infrastructure capital improvement repair and replace projects for City of Delta infrastructure including streets, bridges, water, wastewater, stormwater improvements/extensions, wastewater treatment facilities projects. · Completed Big Battlement Reservoir Auxiliary Dam maintenance project coordinating work and inspection elements with Jason Ward- Colorado Dam Safety Engineer, US Forest Service- Region 2 and Eric Brynildson- Colorado River Engineering. · Assist in all levels of the construction plan set development process from conceptual to 100% construction plans. · Prepare inspection reports, review material testing reports, review/accept construction materials submittals, reviewing submitted development plans and contract negotiations. · Oversee project construction from conceptual to completion, bidding/award, budget management, construction schedule coordination, construction oversight including change order negotiation and processing and managing contract disputes.· Process and negotiate pay applications and project close out documents.· Oversee project compliance to include but not limited to, plan specifications, applicable Federal, State, County, City, DOLA, CDBG, Local Agency, CDOT and OSHA regulations. · Assist in preparing documents/compiling data for DOLA and CDOT Grant applications.

PROJECT MANAGER- MESA COUNTY, PUBLIC WORKS, ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT | GRAND JUNCTION, CO. | OCTOBER 2008 – MAY 2018· Completed 36 CIP projects for a total contract value of +$3M annually.· Lead Project Manager/Inspector for the Whitewater, Co. PID which comprised a +$10M multi-year seven project wastewater collection/transfer to the Clifton Sanitation Wastewater Treatment Facility. · Daily project inspection and documentation of project construction activities and progress.· Oversee project compliance to include but not limited to, plan specifications, applicable Federal, State, County, City, DOLA, CDBG, Local Agency, FHWA, CDOT Local Agency and OSHA regulations. · Assist in construction plan development from conceptual to 100% final construction plan set reviews.· Project Manager/Inspection for bridge, pipeline, roadway, water, wastewater and stormwater drainage projects.· Review and processing monthly pay estimates and work orders.· Confirm delivered construction materials meet plan specs.· Supervise project construction to stay within budget and project delivery completion deadlines.· Ensure critical path/milestones construction elements stay on the project delivery schedule.· Coordinate with plan engineer, contractor(s) and stake holders to resolve construction issues or concerns.· Oversee material testing, Owner Assurance (OA)/Process Control (PC) for compliance to plan/CDOT specs.· Inspect on site traffic control to comply with accepted MHT/TCP submittals.· Oversee TCE/ROW conditions are completed per agreement with property owners. · Serve as Mesa County representative to resolve citizen/stake holder disputes/complaints.· Schedule and conduct construction meetings, pre-bid and pre-construction, project walk throughs, dispute resolutions, etc.
