I have served in the finance, management & brokerage sides of the real state industry for the bulk of my career. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, I was a licensed Realtor since 1984. As a top producing agent with experience in new & existing homes I enjoyed working directly with residential clients, builders & investors. In 1990 I became sales manager for one of the most productive & profitable Real Estate offices in Stark County, Ohio. My team of agents & staff completed between 750 -1000 transaction sides per year for 15 years. In 2005 I joined RE/MAX as a Broker & general manager for a multi-office firm receiving both state & national award recognition as Broker Manager of the year in 2006-2007. In 2008 I co-found Keller Williams Legacy Group Realty, currently one of the top firms in the county. I have conducted numerous training courses on topics from business planning, team building, leadership, lead generating, customer service, working with builders & new home sales. I received the CRB, CRS & CSP designations. In our local Realtor Association, I have served on numerous committees including Professional Standards, chairing several hearings panels. While there, on the leadership level, I served as a director & officer including President in 2008. At the state level, I have been a director & District Vice-President for the Ohio Association of Realtors. In 2018, my wife & I relocated to Florida to be closer to family & enjoy the sunshine and great weather. I am happy to put my extensive real estate background to work in helping others achieve their mortgage goals.
