I was instrumental in managing and streamlining a Guest Service that is called Package Express at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. Guests were able to send their purchases to either park or Resort Hotel for pick-up at their convenience. The forms I created were used for this service throughout the Disneyland Resort.
