I am tasked with the day-to-day support and monitoring of the network environment and data storage system for Carrollton City Schools. I provide support for over 100 routers and switches as well as service and maintenance for the server environment which consists of many physical and virtual systems. I also provide end user support and connectivity for over 5000 students, teachers, and staff in both wired and wireless configurations. I work with many different hardware products, including Cisco, HP, Aerohive, Juniper Mist, Dell, Lenovo. I also have experience working with numerous software products such as VMware, Solarwinds, Spiceworks, MS Office Suite, Google, IBoss, and Linewize.

Managed a team of 7 technicians to provide all hardware support for Tanner Health Systems' providers and staff. Systems supported included desktops, laptops, tablets, handhelds, printers and scanners.
