Spearheaded many projects and earned various promotions during my three years. Materus is an Information Technology consulting company, specializing in IT project management. During my four years with them, I worked on resolving a red audit for Microsoft Licensing, where Microsoft was missing a large number of online product keys from their distributors. • Owned and managed escalations, problem resolution and corrective action implementation for digital distribution programs• Managed the Americas and Canada on a 3rd tier support basis with respect to run and launch management on a program specific platform • Support included driving all open issues to resolution including payment options, site issues, and language translation issues on a country by country basis for the Americas• Produced monthly inventory variance reports, and interacted with vendors and vendor account managers to ensure resolution of variances and creation of corrective actions• Developed a system to ensure that all revenue for digitally distributed product was accounted for and reconciled from a month to month basis• Used data mining techniques to account for any missing revenue between partners and systems• Redesigned financial process flows and procedural steps for financial reconciliation of MS Stores as they went live
