 Effectively and proactively manage the IT, Customer Service and Game Operations departments. Lead all managers in establishing the company’s vision, mission, objectives, strategies, policies and procedures. Establish key result areas and related performance indicators per department under operations. As part of the management committee, plan, lead and organize all organizational actions and decisions to ensure they are in line with corporate objectives. Develop and enhance the skills, knowledge and behavioral aspects of all middle managers. Lead in establishing performance measurement methodologies. In coordination with managers, plan and monitor resources utilized in operations aimed at optimum utilization and profitability. Ensure that all output of all departments meet the high quality standards predetermined and set forth by management.
