Following the purchase of First Vehicle Leasing by Tilsun Leasing and the assumption of the FVL brand, I continued in a similar role to my previous one.Working collaboratively with the General Manager, Sales Manager and Managing Director the role predominantly revolves around the use of a variety of programs and practices to enhance the user experience when using our services and also allow us to be as accurate as possible with our offerings, in-line with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty.In addition to my day-to-day role, I also act as first line IT within the Middlewich office (as well as occasional troubleshooting remotely for the Glasgow office) and consult on a variety of business areas from compliance to marketing and many things in between.

Unlike other roles I have undertaken in my time with Tilsun/FVL - Partner Sales Manager isn't self explanatory.As the Partner Sales Manager, it was my responsibility to act as a singular point of contact for our broker partners (smaller leasing brokers who may not have had access to the manufacturers or finance companies which we did). As well as aiding in the sales process, there was also the need for the nurturing of existing accounts and the expansion of the client list - similar to that of an Account Manager.

2017 saw me combine two of my passions in life: Coffee and Rock music, to launch the Brewtal Tea and Coffee Co. Providing a new way for people who lead an "alternate" lifestyle to enjoy their tea and coffee.Though the reception was fantastic and a solid presence was achieved on social media, the turnover was too low to continue the venture either around work or as a full time opportunity.
