The Content Strategist develops and maintains a content strategy based on Thermotron’s business objectives and customer’s needs. I addition, other responsibilities include:Plan, create, and manage weekly web content that is easy to read and find, actionable, and shareable across digital platforms. Platforms may include:-Targeted Email Campaigns-Infographics-Advertisements-Customer Stories-Brochures-Web Pages / Landing Pages-Sales Collateral-News Articles-Case Studies-Social Media-WebinarsTechnical writing – coordinate and drive the writing of relevant, timely technical white papers.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and customers to capture important information for messaging and persona development.Oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across a project life cycle.Creates persona lifecycle email campaigns using a third party email service provider.Monitor and push out Social Media content (LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook)Assist SEO efforts – keep web content updated and relevantPublic Relations – write and deliver press releasesEnsure publication of Thermotron News on the website and in local and industry-specific outlets.Stay up-to-date on competitive markets and industry trendsDemonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and activities, and to create and maintain a content/editorial calendar.Support trade show activities, as it relates to the overall content strategySales supportHelp develop collateral – sales tools, presentations, etc.Strengthen sales activityAdhere to corporate branding standardsLong-Term – help create a corporate writing style guideFirm understanding of user experienceStrong search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills.
