I spent approximately two years at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, first as a student intern and then as a judicial law clerk, before serving as in-house counsel for a financial services corporation and then working as an associate attorney for a litigation and bankruptcy boutique for approximately 9 years. Since January, 2020, I have worked at Day Pitney LLP where I continue to maintain a diverse litigation, bankruptcy, and employment practice.Having tried over a dozen cases in state and federal courts, that trial experience helps me identify key issues at the early stages of litigation to effectively position cases that cannot be resolved short of trial.Specialties: Business Litigation; Creditor's Rights and Consumer Finance; Commercial Bankruptcy Law and Litigation; Employment Litigation; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Federal Practice.
