• Create estimates for contracts based on conceptual/design drawings. • Perform detailed quantity estimating and take-offs. • Bid out subcontractors and negotiate and prepare contracts. • Manage construction start-up and close-outs. • Track job costs and projections. • Process shop drawings and submittals. • Coordination and communication with internal design-build team members, including account managers, interior designers, architects, etc., as well as outside engineers, field project managers and superintendents. • Handle and coordinate RFIs. • Prepare and coordinate change orders for subcontractors and clients. • Conduct client meetings, communication, and presentations. • Schedule construction projects. • Follow up on punch lists and project completion. • Conduct site visits
