CurrentLifeCourse Ministries provides TEAM Building Strategies for business and Church staffs. My practical experience in both the business and church world has provided for a foundational knowledge of developing leadership teams. I have 30 plus years in the full time pastoral ministry, 17 years as a senior staff member and an additional13 years as senior pastor. Prior to the ministry I spent 15 years in the Wholesale HVAC business, in various operational capacities and 4 years as a part owner and VP of Operations.I am certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Personality Assessment, Linda V. Berens Interaction Styles and the Prepare/Enrich marriage assessment.Since 1987 I have taught at the University of Nations in Kona Hawaii and in some of their extended campuses around the world. I specialize in their Foundations For Biblical Counseling and School of Strategic Missions. The MBTI has proved to be an excellent tool for team building seminars for staff members at these remote extension campuses also. The Class is called "In His Image". I published a book with the same name.
