Mr. Lavin is responsible for all operations across the Company, including Sales, Servicing, Originations, Risk, Systems, IT, HR and Legal. He is responsible for key metrics including portfolio growth, mitigating DQ and losses, data analytics, scorecards and modeling, and technology efficiencies. Mr. Lavin is also responsible for new business initiatives and partnerships. Mr. Lavin has extensive experience handling regulatory inquiries (i.e., FTC, CFPB and DOJ), class action litigation and corporate transactions. He was named the top 40 under 40 and earned consecutive nominations for GC of the year. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
