We're all about helping teachers make a successful career change.I spent 11 years in frontline education. I held a variety of roles such as Head of Department, Assistant Headteacher, Director of Sixth Form, ending my teaching career as a Deputy Headteacher of a large secondary school. The theme throughout my career has been providing the right support to help people be the best version of themselves. I know the vast array of skills you have to offer. Working as your coach, I will help you take back control of your life, set boundaries and explore the world of new career possibilities beyond the classroom. Prior to Classroom Exit Coach, I was a high-preforming and motivated senior leader working as a Deputy Headteacher in a large secondary school. While I was in post the organisation was independently rated in the top 8% of schools by Ofsted. I managed the daily operations of 72 frontline teaching staff to provide educational excellence for in excess of 1,000 students. I led the school from a Progress 8 score of -0.08 to 0.42 in just 2 years (Well Above Average).In my home life my passions are boxing and exploring the Lake District (hence the banner picture - view from Scafell Pike, April 2022). Not only does this keep me fit, I have had some of my clearest and most innovative moments when I am walking or training. I am always happy to have a conversation with anyone who feels I may be able to help them with anything, or feel they can help me!
