Manage branch operations for major national packaging distributor. Responsible for all financial and personnel aspects of sales and service for a four state area.

Managed direct and distribution sales over 14 state southern territory. Responsible for key accounts, existing distribution, establishing new distribution, implementation of corporate directives, and general line management of all business in assigned area.

Operational, administrative, and HR responsibility for all distribution sales. Personally handled all distribution sales projects as well as direct sales duties in 17 state area. Introduced new horizontal and vertical packaging equipment to distribution channels, including product training, literature creation and promotional programs, and sales forecasts. Developed new equipment and product applications from concept to implementation in order to strategically expand market share.

Responsible for all aspects of regional sales activities. Provided both formal and field training for sales representatives and distributors on interior cushioning and packaging sales techniques. Trained new regional managers in other territories. Established and managed military national account program.

Established and managed national customer service center. Trained all company sales and service personnel at corporate training center. Provided technical support to sales staff. Managed southeastern service technicians. Installed packaging systems.
