With over 30 years of leadership experience in corporate and ministry settings, my passion is to see lives transformed by the power of the gospel. My journey has spanned diverse industries, yet my focus has always been on inspiring and equipping people to fulfill their God-given purpose. As CEO of Life Action, my heart beats for revival—helping churches and individuals experience the fullness of life in Christ. I believe that valuing people over production leads to true fruitfulness. This principle has guided me through years of leadership, whether in the business world or in ministry. My background includes senior roles in strategy development for private equity groups in the manufacturing, distribution, and services industries, as well as leadership positions in Christian non-profits. Each step along the way, I’ve sought to follow Christ’s example of servant leadership.I’ve been married to my best friend, Dana, for 32 years, and we have been blessed with 7 children and 7 grandchildren. In 2017, I had the privilege of planting Invite Church with my son, Alex, where I continue to serve as an executive elder alongside him.Ultimately, my life’s aim is to hear Jesus say, “Well done, good and faithful servant, you have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” This eternal perspective drives everything I do, both in ministry and in life.
