Michael Lee, with 30 years in the environmental consulting industry, is experienced in project management of complex, multidisciplinary assignments. The first 20 of those years was spent with instrumental involvement in nearly every major New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) capital project (over $15 billion in construction value), since the impact of Superstorm Sandy. Mr. Lee has been primarily involved in the planning and design of many of the major resiliency funded projects by HUD and FEMA in the region. Mr. Lee will provide the expertise and the proven know-how of strategic planning for stakeholder involvement and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. He combines his engineering background with years of planning and organizational skills to perceive and implement coordination measures, solicit input and decision making from appropriate parties to ensure meeting project deadlines.
