Part of an International studio, Presentation Support is a team of specialist designers who work collaboratively with our partners on the design of presentations. We help to deliver bespoke communication pieces to a variety of global and local clients.My role includes...• Leading and managing a large team in the delivery of bespoke presentation materials• Building highly stylised presentations that include animations, interactivity and client design.• Creating styled templates and working to existing corporate styles, observing brand guidelines throughout• Concepting new layouts and usable frameworks to push creativity in PowerPoint• Revisualising data in creative ways to effectively communicate key messages• Laying out and producing graphical assets for use across both printed and digital formats• Working with other parts of studio to deliver jobs on time, on brief and on budget• Liaising closely with a variety of account managers and editors to best understand a brief and ensure the best product is made• Using a high attention to detail to ensure complex data remains accurate• Sourcing imagery suitable for creative concepts and ensure such assets are licensed• Formatting Word and Excel files to match existing branding or to continue styles from other materials• Creation of high quality illustrations and publications using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign• Travelling abroad to support agency teams deliver a range of meetings and symposia for our clients• Working with teams in North America to ensure projects can be delivered to our worldwide offices in their time zone• Supporting newer colleagues in their development and acting as a central reference point on all things PowerPoint
