I've have been in customer service for most of my professional careers. I've also been self-employed for most of that time, in a managerial position, and in that respect have worn many hats. My pathway has taught me that it is better to strive for good business, meaning providing the best customers experience, than market share. When I focus on what matters to the customer, the latter always follows.
