Utilize and manage Voyager and Payscan for Multifamily, Senior Housing, Construction, Commercial, and Affordable housing. Database administration for Yardi platform, creating many customized reports and daily script writing for corrections and data pulls for team members. Training of new staff on Payscan/Voyager. Work directly with operations/accounting to create, modify, and maintain company wide workflows and procedures. Implemented Yardi RENTMaximizer revenue management system in early April 2015, with a record 9+% boost in overall revenue within 6 months of operation on only half the Multifamily portfolio. Weekly leasing meeting for RM sites to modify strategies on pricing models and sales procedures. Recently implemented a Purchasing Status report for our single family homes division that has completely changed our financial view of construction and post build cost.

Recently acquired by Dover Realty Advisors and instituted as Director of Information Systems. Projects include custom report designing, technology based business consulting, physical asset inspections, and classroom style training. Dover acts as the parent group to Paragon Properties, the latter being the property management division.Created cache of over 100 custom Yardi reports. Report are sharp, accurate, and fast running, not the basic column and row reports of our competition, but fully interactive reports that interface BACK with yardi.

Us

I work mainly as our Database and Software Admin for the Yardi Property Management system, I do day to day troubleshooting at our corporate office in accounting and operations, and also for all 13 properties in Michigan. I am in charge of creating and developing new modules within the system and finding how best suited they will be for our companies operations. One of my main focuses is custom report writing, both financial and operational. I have helped implement new Operating Statements, for all different aspects, and countless site reports to help streamline our workflows. I am well versed in SQL scripting and Crystal reporting. I also work monthly as a trainer for our new staff on Voyager.
