Application and Process support. -Act as resource to Business users as they interact with a suite of Investment Operations applications. --Answer questions and resolve issues pertaining to applications. -Address process failures, develop resolution plans, communicate resolution plans to management and business users, organize testing of resolution, and production release.Project Management. -Develop Business users ideas to improve applications or process. -Gather business requirements, prioritize requirements by business need and development estimates. -Evaluate vendor solutions or internal development options and recommend optimal solutions. -Prepare Project Plans and timelines covering all aspects of a project from Idea Intake> Requirements Gathering>Development Estimation>Build and Development>QA and Test>Production Rollout>Post Production. -Run project team meetings to recap project milestones and issues, plan upcoming tasks, and ensure team cohesion. -Run projects post-mortem meetings to recap encountered issues, resolutions to issues, and strategies to avoid issues in the future.

Reconcile internal accounting system with custodian accounts. Create reconciliation exceptions reports to ensure transactions, positions, market values match custodian. Automate reconciliation process to reduce manual transactions postings,reduce posting errors, and ensure process efficiency and scaleability.
