The Role.This role centred on defining organisational strategic vision and KPI’s, based on assessing findings from research and insights into market trends and buyer behaviour.Accountability also Lay with me to ensure quality and service provision and I did so by ensuring the introduction and the consistent application of a management productivity improvement program.Separately, I oversaw all aspects of operations management across multiple stores, in practical terms, this encompassed implementing new systems, controls and operational processes, as well as leading in-store merchandising, presentation and stock promotion, It was crucial for me to implement best practice in workforce management and this included ensuring the consistent and fair application of employment policies as well as providing coaching and mentoring support to all stores.
