I have spent my whole career working in the meat & poultry business, from an apprenticeship with Anglo Dutch Meats learning the sharp end of the business in the slaughter house and cutting rooms, through to running a multi-million pound trading company.I have worked for some of the leading players in the market including Pyke Biggs, Giles Smithfield, NZ Farmers, Monarch Foods and Stanley Gibson.I set up Sapphire Foods Ltd in 2013 to offer something different - A vision is to create an organisation which shares the values and ambitions of its customers and offers a level of commitment and service which is second to none.Since then, Sapphire Foods Ltd has grown rapidly, established a reputation for excellent customer service and innovation including a ‘just in time’ delivery service with close to 100% reliability.
