Responsible for monitoring the kiosk sales and maintaining efficient operations of over 41 kiosks, 2 Food Counters, Food Court and 15 mobile food carts operation in Ocean Park and Water World.• Financial planning - achieve revenue per-cap, monthly revenue target and yearly revenue consumption, monitor labour and cost control.• Strategic planning on seasonal events such as menu planning, temporary food counters set up, create operation model and flow.• Oversee the Food and Beverage "POS" system, Table Management System and enhancement.• Oversee the cashiering process, kitchen operation, warehouse operation and inventory control.• Review and analyze product developments such as new food concept, new resources and new food supplier research.• Projects and Business Development – Design new food facilities set up, kitchen equipment set up, layout set up, construction work follow up, operation model and flow set up, and menu planning.• Participate in regular meeting with different departments, external meetings with different suppliers and organizations.• Design and implement employee training of over 300 staffs.
