About Mike Lopes

I am a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Gravity IT Resources with nearly three decades of experience in technology staffing. I have a deep passion for delivering exceptional experiences to the candidates, clients and markets I serve. I have led and grown teams in various firms and after a full career in corporate America, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and launched Gravity in Greater Atlanta with a team of exceptional partners and backed by a strong support infrastructure. Gravity IT is a talent centric, referral driven, and culture focused IT/digital recruiting firm that helps clients find highly skilled, highly engaged IT talent for their mission critical projects. We apply a disruptive, referral-focused methodology that is a differentiator in the crowded space of IT staff augmentation. We also leverage AI/ML driven recruiting software that significantly increases the number of referred candidates, allowing us to provide our clients a different pool of qualified IT professionals that are not readily available to other recruiting firms. Our goal is to create lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates, based on trust, transparency, and quality.
