I have led and grown teams in various firms and after a full career in corporate America, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and launched Gravity in Greater Atlanta with a team of exceptional partners and backed by a strong support infrastructure. Gravity IT is a talent centric, referral driven, and culture focused IT/digital recruiting firm that helps clients find highly skilled, highly engaged IT talent for their mission critical projects. We apply a disruptive, referral-focused methodology that is a differentiator in the crowded space of IT staff augmentation. We also leverage AI/ML driven recruiting software that significantly increases the number of referred candidates, allowing us to provide our clients a different pool of qualified IT professionals that are not readily available to other recruiting firms.
