January 2018-current: Provide operational support to 25 CHS hospitals in four states with combined annual net revenue of over $2 billion and act as liaison between the facility CFO's and Fort Smith Shared Service Center to ensure that best practices are communicated and implemented for optimal revenue cycle performance. Coordinate transitions and ongoing operational support with multiple buyers of divested facilites to ensure successful revenue cycle management during and after divestiture. February 2016-January 2018:Regional Revenue Cycle Director- Provide daily operational support to 12 hospitals with a total of 1,700 beds and annual net revenue of over $725 million to ensure high productivity and performance standards are achieved and act as liaison between the facility CFO's and our shared service center to ensure that best practices are communicated and implemented for optimal revenue cycle performance. Perform remote and on site support for these sites to collaboratively review processes and identify opportunities to enhance KPI performance of hospitals.March 2013-February 2016: Accounts Receivable Manager- Responsible for receivables for multiple insurance payers of just over $70 million in gross revenue for 43 hospitals in 8 states. Payers include non-contracted insurance, workers compensation insurance, institutional contract payers and motor vehicle accident claims management. My team consisted of 27 associates including a supervisor and two team leads with responsibility of over 20k open claims.
