1. Effectively developing, planning and implementing projects within scope, schedule, budget and Brookfield Johnson Controls/Client procedural boundaries; directly responsible for the delivery of the project from inception to completing, including: document management, change of scope, scheduling, control of cost, quality management, regulatory and environmental compliance, communications, risk management, procurement, approvals, planning & design, commissioning, occupancy and health & safety 2. Project planning and coordination to maximize beneficial use by clients while minimizing client/occupant disruption; offering value-added solutions by providing cost beneficial alternatives; coordination with facility management forces to ensure best solution and optimum turn over of the project 3. Teaming to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery the team’s program of projects 4. Train new Project Managers roles & Responsibilties.

Responsible for large Precast projects in the Ottawa area, ranging from high rise buildings to learning institutions.
